Joe Gilhooley Photography Belhaven Bridge Star Trails 1st November 2015 Headed to Belhaven Bridge to take a photograph I have had in mind. I needed a clear night. The bright half moon was a bit of a pest but I carried on with my aim. This shot shows how the stars move around the Pole Star (North Star) during the night. The Pole star remains in place as all the other stars move circular round it. It is made up of twelve images taken one after another over the period of an hour ( 2315-0015).
