Bonnyrigg Rose, as Lowland League Champions, had beat Fraserburgh, the Highland League Champions, in the semi final of the Pyramid play offs. Rose win v Fraserburgh This qualified them for a place to play Cowdenbeath in Scottish League Two play off. Bonnyrigg Rose beat Cowdenbeath 3-0 in the first leg to take this lead into the second leg at Cowdenbeath.
