Thursday 15th June 2023. I took a boat trip from Anstruther, Fife, to The Isle of May in the Firth of Forth with friends.
Plan was to photograph Puffins and other seabirds. You have to book it weeks in advance as it a very popular trip.
It was a super day photographing Puffins . Many have Sandeels in their beaks and taking them back to young in their burrows.
I used my Canon 1dx MkII Camera with my Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 L IS II USM Lens Monopod to keep lens and camera steady.

I have another album with Puffins in flight. That photography was very difficult. |
